Signed-In Account Controls

If you can access your NewSpot account, the private data center can generate an immediate JSON archive, separate account data from this browser’s local activity, and create a verified deletion request without asking you to retype your email.

Deletion Handling

  • Authenticated consumer deletion covers the profile, saves and notes, follows, Cards activity, notification preferences and history, product activity, submissions, uploaded evidence, and ordinary workspace membership.
  • Business workspace owners and active owner/admin members must reassign responsibility before automatic account deletion can run.
  • NewSpot may keep limited audit records when needed to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or honor legal obligations.
  • Public business facts and source-backed city-change records may remain when they are not personal data.
  • Local data on other browsers or devices must be cleared from those devices separately.

Email Consent And Unsubscribe

  • NewSpot sends direct updates only for requested workflows, launch alerts, business tools, or operations subscriptions.
  • Unsubscribe requests remove the contact from future non-essential emails tied to that address.
  • Request-handling emails may still be sent when needed to complete a deletion, takedown, or correction request.
  • Send a direct privacy or data request to privacy@newspot.app.
